Have you seen all the beautiful things growing in the Allston Abbey courtyard? On St Lukes Road, just around the corner off Brighton Ave, there is a beautiful space to enjoy. Thank you to the Emmanuel House! Emmanuel House is one of our ministry streams, part of @CRECHE_Boston and connected to Emmanuel Church on Newbury Street downtown.

Join us for Holy Communion in August, on Saturdays at 4PM! On August 15 we celebrate the red-letter day of Holy Mary the Mother of God. On August 29 we celebrate a Votive Mass of the Incarnation (a Christmas mass!) to celebrate Allston Christmas. Stay tuned for another Allston Christmas celebration the day before!

For the second year in a row, the youth of Trinity Copley and the Diocese of Connecticut showed up for Emmanuel House, for Creche, and for Allston. 🌿

They planted, weeded, trimmed, and hauled bags of yard waste (and litter!) to help care for this remarkable pocket of green in the middle of the city. It’s hard work, done joyfully, by young people who are learning what it means to love a neighborhood.

So grateful for this partnership and for these kids. See you next year. 💚
